Woot woot! It's time for a new shake recipe! I know I post a lot of these, but I drink 1 if not 2 a day. Everyday. So basically, I'm addicted and think you should be too. :D
......this! PB2 is amazing! My friend Danielle told me about it, and I love it. It's powdered peanut butter. I love it because when I'm out running around, I can put Chocolate Nutrimeal and some PB2 in a ziplock and take it with me! Makes life so convenient! I got mine at Whole Foods. You can also use regular PB if you have it too. I highly recommend the natural PB though, not Skippy or Jif. There's so much added junk in those brands. When you look at the ingredients list, it should say: peanuts.
Next up is 3 scoops of Dutch Chocolate Nutrimeal. Nutrimeal is the base of every single shake I drink. The nutritional content is off the charts!
